Position we are Hiring for :-

Profile :- Sr. Business Development

Process :- B2B Inside Sales

Salary :- up to :- 11LPA Fixed + Unlimited Incentives .

Shifts :- Pure Day shift (12 Pm – 9 Pm )

working days :- 5 days ( Wednesday – Sunday )

Job location :- Bangalore

Mode of working :- Work from office ( Initial 1.5 Months Work from Home )

Mode of Interview :– Virtual

Rounds of Interview :- HR/Ops/Client

Note : Required valid Experience Into Ed-tech Industry.

Candidate Must have 1-5 years of Experience as an Academic Counsellor.

Job Responsibilities :-

*Driving Inquiries & admission for the Online learning Programs.

*Looking after entire sales Life cycle(starting from engaging with Large volume of well –
qualified Leads till the final conversion).

*counselling experience Professionals via call or e-mail on which course will be useful to their
career Progression and suggest the Best options.

Requirements :-

Only Btech Graduate Candidate can Apply

Only Experience Candidate can apply , those who worked into Ed-tech Industry.

Candidate should be Excellent in English communication .

Candidate should be a good Listener and speaker ,Previous experience in college Debates is a Plus Pont .

Candidate should be good with Reasoning skills ( should hold his/her ground while conversing and be a Problem solver )
