Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive – Costing(ICWA Inter/Qualified)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Compilation of all the costing of food

2. Analysis of costing margins verification

3. Calculation of carriage inward /outward/packaging & carry out budgeting

process

4. Prepare compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and

external information.

5. Insurance ( Evaluation & Proposal)

6. Continuous cost improvement for running projects.

7. Customer indexation.

8. Monthly MIS report working, presentation to the Management. Month on

Month improving the MIS reporting to the management.

9. Preparation and submission of COST RECORD & “COST AUDIT REPORT”

10. Updating the Raw material, Semi-finished, Finish goods costing is SAP, to

Keep the purchase price variance low.

11. System stock vs Actual stock valuation, Physical stock taking.

12. Defined the cost structure to various companies i.e. product costing, Process

costing.

13. Preparation & Finalization of Cost Audit working & report.

14. Daily production, cost and different reports updating to the manager

15. To improve NSR to help gross margin

16. To implement system to monitor regular RM market rates to help decision

making.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

– 3-8 years of relevant experience in Costing

– Prior experience in leading a team

– Strong finance acumen in a must

– Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage

– Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships

– Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
