- Operation & Maintenance of NOKIA/Huawei MSS,MGW,HLR/IMS and Routers
- Timely roll out of Core Network
- Adherence to the NWS Processes
- NW Modification & Augmentation
- Ensuring Network Availability >99%
- Customer Complaints Handling

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- Should have Knowledge on CORE domain
- Should have Knowledge on VoLTE
- Should be able to troubleshoot customer complaints
- Should be familiar with MAP/CAP/ISUP/Diameter signaling
- Should poses knowledge to take trace from Protocol analyzer and troubleshoot call failures/System failure in short time frame

Must have technical / professional qualifications
|
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication with at least two years of CORE experience
- Preferably experience in the NOKIA/ HLR / MGW / Routers on regular O&M and troubleshooting
