Manager – Data Core Ops

Role Description

• The key areas of expertise of packet operation – Packet Core are defined as below: –
• Expertise in operation  and integration of Packet Core Nodes which should primarily include SGW/PGW,
• Should have understanding of the Packet Core Solutions. He will be responsible for analyzing and deploying Packet core Nodes.
• Should have deep knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G call flows, and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE,VoWiFi 5G etc.
• Good understanding of standard 3GPP interfaces like Gx,Gy,Rx & Sy and have worked extensively to integrate PGW/SGW. 
• Detailed knowledge of Data and VoWiFi call flows and SIP registration process along with analysing SIP packets
• Troubleshooting expert of Packet core network related issues
• Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark  and can do packet analysis
• Deployment experience on any cloud either on Openstack/VmWare/Cisco or Ericsson based.
• Expertise in daily operation Packet Core Nodes which should primarily include

SGSN, GGSN, MME, EPG, PCRF/SAPC, vEPC

Relevant Packet Core Experience-

• Experience in Packet Core nodes as L2 support (Fault management role) in cisco  nodes.
• LTE call flow–
• vEPC knowledge—-
• SRVCC/CSFB concepts—-
• vMME/vEPG testing scenarios—
• MME/SAEGW issue and troubleshooting—
