Job Purpose
  • Inculcating safety culture in the Technology function.
  • To Ensure 100% compliance to HSW policies & process.
  • Training to 1@Risk.

 

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • To maintain HSW data of employees & service partners.
  • Monthly governance with high risk vendors to ensure HSW compliance.
  • Governance with Infra providers to ensure Infra compliance to HSW.
  • Driving technology team for safe work practices at sites / workplace.
  • Random audits at sites to checks HSW compliance.
  • Maintaining monthly reports as per corp guidelines.
  • Active participation in SCM to resolve & update HSW concerns.
  •  Taking initiative to inculcate safety culture & awareness among teams.
  •  Training to1@Risk for High risk jobs.
  • VIL own sites infra rectifications as per corp guidelines.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • Experience in driving HSW processes & policies.
  • Should be aware of CIAT, PTW & policies.
  • Analytical skills    

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate & Knowledge on  HSW processes
