Job Purpose |
Responsible for HSW compliances and for deploying and audit of HSW Norms in circle. |
|
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW compliance. Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure 'ZERO' Fatality. SW Score >90 (9/12 months in FY20) Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
Strong knowledge of Safety HSW compliance. Communication and presentation skill set Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST. Experirance- 5-7 years of experience.

Must have technical / professional qualifications |
BE Electrical/Electronics. First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety prespective.
