Job Purpose

Manage – Architecture/Solutions/Platforms deployed and evaluate new solutions

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Responsible for managing the existing platforms of analytics and CEM  
2. Evaluate new solutions and systems for Analytics  
3. Integration of different data sources and automation
4. Vendor management
5. Creation of new use cases on the platforms    

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

1. Overall knowledge of the network architecture and systems
2. Knowledge of analytical tools and network performance management systems 
3. Knowledge of software solutions  Scripting, databases, etc.
4.  Engineering Degree with 8+ years of experience on Analytics/Customer Experience management
5. Manage  – Architecture/solutions/Platform deployed
6. Evaluating/Deploying new solutions 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

BE – Computers/Telecom

MBA – Optional
