Job Purpose

Team Member at Central Level to ensure the key network KPIs and Support to Zonal Team Members and CXX team

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • Maintenance and Improvement of  Voice and Data Service KPIs
  • Monitoring of KPIs on various granularities and maintain the KPIs  thresholds
  • New Feature and Parameter testing and implementation
  • Detection of Network Issues and Co-ordination with Field team & Cross-functional team for early resolution.
  • Support for CXX (Customer Perception) improvement by correction/improvement in KPIs
  • Support to Field team for KPIs analysis on complex issues
  • Golden Route and Hot Spot Management
  • Manage Special Events

 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • Theoretical and Practical working RF knowledge of 4G/3G/2G to sustain and improve the Voice and Data KPIs ; more Experience on LTE.
  • RF associated working knowledge of Tx and Core Nodes
  • Understanding of Advanced Parameters & Features and Tuning
  • OSS Report Analysis
  • Analytical Thinking and Proactive Approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Building Team Commitment

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•             Essential : BE – Electronics/CS/IT

•             Work experience   :

               Atleast 7-8 years in any operator or 1st Class Vendor preferably Ericsson
