Job Purpose

 

  • Responsible for all the enterprise Assurance and partner governance
  • Assurance of Fixed Line Services Onnet and Offnet Last miles as per committed timelines.
  • Need to build best team to achieve all KPI parameters.
  • TOP200 and rest of customer availability as per committed and need to work towards customer experience improvement
  • MTTR has be within timelines to enhance customer experience.
  • Need to execute service improvement plans for CXX improvement.

 

 

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Assurance :
  • Need to maintain fault rate<10% for top200 & Rest of customers
  • MTTR<4 hrs for all customers
  • Service migration/Ipfication for CXX improvement
  • TOP200 availability >99.5 % and rest of customer>99%
  • Need to do strong governance with partner team for KPI deliverables
  • Hands on experience on UBR and fibre related faults restoration
  • Spare management cycle need to ensure hardware fault closed within MTTR

 

 

 

 

 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 

  • 4-7 years of Telecom domain experience in field of enterprise/transmission.
  • Positive Attitude, Strong Management skills & transmission expertise
  • Driving Vendors, Field Team and Circle Teams for achieving KPI to achieve monthly targets
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of Transport Network Technologies & Topologies of both Optics (DWDM, PTN, SDH) and IP (Internet protocol) / MPLS Etc.
  • Handling change management, Material logistics & Inventory management.
  • 100% compliance to Vodafone HSW policies and procedures.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•             Essential: Graduation – B.E. /B. tech and CCNA/CCNP

•             Desired: 

•             work ex: 4-7 years

•             Experience with project management/enterprise.
