Job Purpose
|
The role will be responsible for ensuring CS/PS/IMS Core System up time, Operations of CS/PS/IMS
|
|
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
Key Accountabilities:
- Timely PR / PO / GRN / Capitalisation requests handling.
- Responsible for project rollout of CS/PS/IMS domain.
- Responsible for liasioning with Central Project team and Vendors for ensuring project timelines are meeting
- Responsible for arranging field support for project team during project activities
- Responsible for attending meetings with vendors and Central project team for daily updates on project and any delay to be represented to respective team to ensure no impact to circle operations
- Responsible to procuring Bandwidth for new project node
- Responsible to integrate new project node in the existing network seamlessly
- Need to be aligned with Operations team for all project activities to ensure no impact on any live traffic.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- 2 to 5 Years’ experience in the field of any Core Projects.
- Demonstrate experience of working in Telecom Service delivery function.
|
|
Must have technical / professional qualifications
|
- B.E
- Good understanding of GSM and data call flow and Gy & Gx
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in approach with positive attitude
- Balanced in handling emergencies.
- Experience in virtual team management
