Job Purpose

Responsible for driving Seamless onboarding, correct limit assignment, facilitate easy payment options and ensure due date collections to 70%. Ensure Quality of Acquisition improvement  by conducting physical audits. Drive standardised communication to customer during TV and physical audit and responsible for ensuring 0-6 months bill collections

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  1. PV Agency Management –Check and control on PV Agencies as per the quality norms, checking bills within week of receipt of same, follow-up for submission of bills,  regular interaction with supervisors.
  2. Quality checks – internal and external, reconnection audit, checking of data, capturing vital information,   seeding, sampling and planting, discreet PV, PV swapping, variance analysis
  3. Credit ratings
  4. Conducting the return mail management activity, reconnection audit, trouble tickets, identifying reasons for return mail/bounce e-bills
  5. Complaint handling- Bill not received and Payment not updated
  6. QOS compliance on refund processing
  7. Preventing wrong posting and Solving of queries
  8. Bounce cheque management
  9. Standing instruction  – DDI/DDB

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Analytical skills, problem solving ability, expert in agency/vendor ,management, back office experience is helpful.Rough 7-10 years of experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications
