Job Purpose

  • Manage service provisioning team to ensure timely/accurate provisioning & reconciliation for respective clusters
  • Highlight issues to circles/Factory Lead for timely response & solutions.
  • Responsible for cluster of circles to carry out activities related to Number Management, SPA, Plan changes, SIM inventory, User id management across partners, circle teams

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Responsible for cluster of circles to carry out activities related to Number Management, SPA, Plan changes, SIM inventory
  • User id management across partners, circle teams – CPOS, CRM, DKYC App, Billing system and other applications
  • Post activation reconciliation of plan, product and payment on D+1 in co-ordination with RA, C&C and other functions
  • On-boarding of new POS / Bulk Provisioning / Ad-hoc Provisioning / Number churn & recreation
  • Responsible for TNPS scores by timely & accurate provisioning/ error free automation solution
  • Identify process deviations / gaps basis customer VOC and SRD feedback analysis
  • MIS to all stakeholders

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Understanding or work experience of customer life cycle, Regulatory norms & compliance
  • Inter Personal & problem solving skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Exposure & understanding of business IT system & provisioning platforms.
  • MS office package

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate with a minimum 7-10  years of experience in service provisioning roles
