6. Collections – Mobiltiy Collection Retail, Forward Flow, Cost of Active collection – Thru Outbound Call Center
   Customer Churn management – Invol Churn, TNPS?NPS, MNP Canc
   Postpaid Experience – Reduction of Field Allocation, Digital Payment Penetration
   Ensure Active Collections Targets are achieved.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

1. Graduate /MBA
2. 4-6 years on role experience
