Job Purpose |
To identify and deploy best practices in HR, create robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction. |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Contributing to the overall organization profitability through: 1. Achieving HC and cost efficiencies gained from re-structuring and redefining roles. 2. To drive an inclusive and an equal opportunity work environment 3. To be legally compliant at all times for ensuring business continuity
Organization Building and Associate/ Employee experience 1. Ensure incorporation of simplicity and transparency across all employee journeys and interfaces 2. Promoting meritocracy and a culture that addresses poor performance. 3.Initiate and drive engagement activities to increase associate/employee engagement
Partnership with Third party agencies & Governance 1. Governance and regular monitoring of manpower agencies for managing the associate life-cycle through consistent and progressive national Associate Management philosophy 2. Implementation of Policies and benefits like insurance, reimbursement limits etc. through Agency 3. HSW governance in partnership with function and HWS team 4. Drive annual appraisal and increment process through agency and circle spocs |
