Profile- Customer Support Executive

Experience – Fresher and Experienced  both can apply

Qualification -Graduate/undergraduate both are welcome

Language required – English & Hindi with any regional language

Working days – 6 days

Salary -17k to 25k

Job location – Bangalore

Interview :- Face to Face

 Roles & Reponsibility:- 

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way .
• Identifying customer needs and helping the customer .
• Assisting and guiding customers over phone regarding company policies and services.
•   With a customer-centric approach, you will learn about their issues and help them.
•   Following up regarding issues related to previous and ensuring the satisfaction of the customers.
•   Above all a committed attitude towards the work.
