Roles and Responsibilities

Handling Statutory audit / Internal Audits along with planning and execution of the same

• Knowledge and application of SEBI Regulations, Accounting standards (including Ind AS) and Auditing Standards is essential.
• Good knowledge of use of excel and power point
• Expected to handle small and private firms/companies independently.
• Experience of statutory audit of listed companies is preferable
• Expected to quickly understand nuances of other related work that arise
• Report drafting & reviewing ability
• Communicate extensively, within as well as with outside stakeholders
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients during the course of work.
