Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
a) Drive Activations & Simex TAT improvement b) Ensure seamless customer onboarding experience c) Ensure circle level volume projection in consultation with S&D and ensure partner roster planning through corp teams d)Reduce Simex Rejection e) Reduce activation Rejection Less than 3% f) Identify activation related system issues and Fix g) Ensure availability of Mobile numbers through timely recycling h) Proactive SIM pairing to ensure sufficient supply of SIMs as per market requirements i) Ensure availability of numbers in CYN pool j) Ensure correct tagging of Premium numbers in CYN pool k) Improve TNPS and NPS for Prepaid journeys by collaborating within CS cluster teams and participate in cluster programs. l) Tracking adoption of newly rolled out functionalities / demand deployments in various systems along with Process roll-out and adherence
