Job Purpose |
1) Drive agencies for Collection & Retention 2) Ensure SLA delivery with complete adherence to COC 3) Job Involves achieving collection targets through agencies for delivering performance from Zero bucket to Write Off portfolio and retaining customers from churn i.e. Involuntary, Voluntary & Post to Pre |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
1) Monitor and drive the zone/agency for 100% Collection, Lowest Bad Debt & Churn as per assigned targets month on month. 2) Develop & plan infrastructure at agency as per allocation & forecast. 3) Direct involvement in high value cases enabling immediate resolution. 4) Resolution of field referral and pick up from Bucket 0 agency. 5) Have a strong governance process for Retained cases, field visit, receipt book audits, COC & HSW. 6) Out & out daily field visits to be done by Self and with FOS for Collection & Retention purpose. 7) Maintain cross functional alignment with Retail Stores for managing day to day business KPI’s |
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
1)Candidate has to be from Collection or Retention background 2) Should have experience on managing a Zone/Town single handedly 3) Should have experience in managing multiple agencies and team 4) Has to be compulsorily analytical to drive collection book 5) Should be good at communications, well versed with operating computer i.e. MS Office(Excel & PPT), emails 6) Should have minimum 3-5 years collection experience |
