Job Purpose

• Managing paper activations and SIM exchange management
• Ensuing physical verification of bulk accounts
• Responsible for MNP number re-provisioning, Number series configuration, Premium number allocation and SIM pairing

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Paper activations, exception scenarios & SIM Exchange management
• Number blocking / unblocking for POS / Retail stores
• Number series configuration / Premium number allocation / Mobile SIM pairing
• MNP number provisioning & re-allocation
• Co-ordinate physical verification of bulk accounts as per the list shared by process factory

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Understanding of customer life cycle, Regulatory norms & compliance
• Exposure & understanding of business IT system & provisioning platforms.
• MS office package

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in service provisioning roles & agency management
